Mr. Shi Qiu is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in corporate management and business innovation across media, fintech, and blockchain industries. As co-founder and Vice President of Newstyle Media Group from September 2015 to May 2018, he secured strategic investments from well-known technology companies in the PRC and produced the popular TV series, "The Untamed," now available globally on Netflix.Mr. Qiu continued to drive innovation as Head of Blockchain Business at North Mining Limited from June to October 2018 and as Vice-General Manager of Ningbo Saimeinuo Supply Chain Management Ltd. from November 2018 to 2021. Since November 2021, he has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Singularity Future Technology (NASDAQ:SGLY).Mr. Qiu earned his Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management and Actuary from Zhejiang University and a Master's Degree in Government Management and Public Policy from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Yukuan Zhang is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in audit, consulting, investment, financing, and enterprise management. He began his career in 2012 as a settlement specialist in the Settlement Management Center of Suning Group (SZ002024). Over the years, he has held various managerial roles at prominent accounting firms and worked on audits for companies in diverse sectors including culture, media, manufacturing, internet, software services, tourism, real estate, education, and catering. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant in technology and e-commerce platform companies. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a major in Accounting from Harbin University of Commerce and has been a certified public accountant in China since 2015.

Wilfred Daye is a financial executive with 20+ years of leadership at the intersection of Wall Street and digital innovation. As Chief Strategy Officer of MFH, he drives global expansion and digital asset adoption. As CEO of Chaince Securities, an MFH subsidiary, he leads investment banking and capital formation.Previously, he was CEO of Securitize Capital, pioneering private equity tokenization for KKR and Hamilton Lane, and held leadership roles at Enigma Securities, OKCoin Securities, and OKCoin. Earlier, he worked in structured credit at UBS, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and D.B. Zwirn, beginning his career at Lehman Brothers.Mr. Daye holds a Diploma in Private Equity from Oxford's Said Business School, an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University, and is a CAIA charterholder with FINRA Series 7, 63, 79, and 24 licenses.

Ms. Qian Sun, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has over a decade of experience in corporate management and industrial investment. She began her career as a Project Planner at Shenzhen Worldunion Group and later worked at online education and blockchain companies in various roles. Ms. Sun holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Beijing Normal University.

Mr. Alan Curtis is a distinguished American public policy expert who served as a public safety advisor to Presidents Lyndon B. Johnson and Jimmy Carter. He has been on the National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders, also known as the Kerner Commission since 1968. He has also served in various capacities such as Executive Director of President Jimmy Carter's Urban and Regional Policy Group and as an Urban Policy Advisor to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. In 2018, Mr. Curtis published a book titled Healing Our Divided Society, which proposed evidence-based policies for employment, education, housing, community development, and criminal justice. Mr. Curtis holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard, a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of London, and a Ph.D. in Criminology and Urban Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Cong Huang is a distinguished financial technology researcher and entrepreneur. With a PhD in Statistics from Yale University, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Columbia University and later joined Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, and PingAn Lufax, where he led product innovation. As CEO of Xiaoying Tech and founder of Weiyan Tech, he has set up successful management and AI risk-control and marketing solutions. Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Science & Technology of China.

Mr. Hui Cheng is an experienced entrepreneur in the internet and fintech industry. He has worked at IDG Capital as an Investment Associate and at Qudian Group as a Special Assistant to the CEO. Mr. Cheng has also worked for Kuaishou Technology, where he was responsible for global operations and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Management from Tsinghua University.
